8/83 - 4/86 Gould lived in Florida during this period taking care of his ailing father. Gould did loss reserve valuations for the following organizations:
1. The Florida Patients' Compensation Fund. A state-operated medical malpractice reinsurance facility.
2. The Retail Grocers Association Of Florida. Self-insured for Workers Compensation.
3. Protective Indemnity Insurance Co. Specialized in mobile home insurance.
4. The Associated General Contractors of America, Florida Chapter. Self-insured for workers compensation.
5. Wittner, Hanahan & Peck. Vebas and other employee benefit plans.
